Basics

This is a virtual space I designed and created, from scratch, to keep thoughts and notes while working for quick and easy access

It is almost an online notebook with a few hidden features for you to find...

For any note / information saved, clicking once will allow you to copy it throughout the site

As you use it more, you'll find more features and shortcuts naturally

Logins

A space where you can save your login details for quick and easy access

Tap once: This will copy the information you click

Tap twice: Clicking the platform value twice will move that login row to the Archive

Once you are sure you don't want the login anymore, click the platform value twice in the Archive section to delete

Notes

A space where you can note down what you need to do or store information to refer to in the future

You can create notes either in the Notes / To-Do, Meeting Notes or General Notes sections depending on your usage

Tap Once: This will copy the note you clicked (It will maintain any line spaces you wrote originally)

Tap Twice: Clicking the note twice will move it to the Archive

Once you are sure you don't want the note anymore, click the note twice in the Archive section to delete

Templates

A space where you can keep templates of emails or sms messages you send often

Tap Once: This will copy the template you clicked (It will maintain any line spaces you wrote originally)

Tap Twice: Clicking the template twice will move it to the Archive

Once you are sure you don't want the template anymore, click the template twice in the Archive section to delete

Sections

Sections are a feature I added with the ability to create sub-headings in the notes and templates categories

They allow you to group notes and templates together and can be used repeatedly, even if you refresh the page or come back to it later

If you are done working on that specific section / adding notes to it, you can double tap the section header to move all the notes to the archive

If you accidently move it to the archive and want to recover it, simply double tap the section header again in the archive - we all make mistakes

However, once you are sure you don't want the information in the section, in the archive, double tap each piece of info to delete it

Once all the data within a section is deleted, the section header will also be deleted

This provides a way of checking each piece of information before deleting, so that you avoid mistakenly deleting all items within a section

The Archive

The archives act as a backup on this site, allowing you to recover any data you might've accidentally deleted

When you move a note to the archive, by default it will be copied on your device's clipboard so if you want to recover it instantly you can re-enter it in the relevant category

However, if you realise that you want something you deleted a while ago such that it is no longer copied, it will be in the Archive until you choose to delete it permanently

Tap Once: If you tap any information in the Archive once, it will be copied and you can re-enter it into the relevant category

Tap Twice: If you tap any information in the Archive twice, you will permanently delete it

Although, it is worth noting that to speed things up, if you are recovering multiple notes from the Archive, you can double tap it, which will copy and delete it, and then paste to add it back again

However, make sure that you definitely don't want the note because as soon as you double tap it will be deleted permanently
